Hypnotherapy

During the first hypnotherapy session, I work with you to identify the nature of the problem you wish to address. A thorough explanation of the hypnotic state is given and I can answer any questions or concerns you may have. Then I gently bring you into the trance state and act as a supportive guild to assist you to successfully navigate through your hypnotic therapeutic session. After you are brought out of the hypnotic state there is a discussion and sharing of the session. This time is important for integration to occur and may also include teaching self hypnosis and other self-help techniques that can assist you in helping yourself in your everyday life.

Follow-up sessions are often very important and helpful to reinforce new behaviors and skills as well to further your personal process of healing and change.
